Philadelphia, PA, December 7, 2021 - Resource America, Inc., (Nasdaq: REXI) (the "Company") announced that its leasing asset management group, FL Partnership Management Inc. (“FLPM”), will change its name to LEAF Financial Corporation effective December 6, 2001. LEAF has been managing leasing assets for 19 years and currently manages approximately $40 million of assets for individual investors. LEAF will concentrate on expanding its asset management business which focuses on providing investors the opportunity to invest directly in financial services products directed toward small businesses.

In addition to leasing Resource America, Inc. operates businesses in energy and real estate finance.
