Philadelphia, PA, May 6, 2022 - Resource America, Inc., (Nasdaq: REXI) (the "Company") announces that its Board of Director has authorized the payment on May 31, 2022 of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of three and one-third cents per share of the Company’s common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on May 17, 2002.

This dividend payment will mark the 28th consecutive quarter that the Company has paid a cash dividend to its stockholders.

The Company currently has approximately 17.4 million shares of common stock outstanding.
