Philadelphia, PA, August 1, 2022 - Resource America, Inc., (Nasdaq: REXI) (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment on August 30, 2022 of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of three and one-third cents per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on August 16, 2002.

The dividend payment will make the 29th consecutive quarter that the Company has paid a cash dividend to its stockholders.

The Company currently has approximately 17.4 million shares of common stock outstanding.
