Philadelphia, PA, November 5, 2021 - Resource America, Inc., (Nasdaq: REXI) (the "Company")announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment on November 30, 2021 of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of three and one-third cents per share on the Company’s common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on November 16, 2001.

This dividend payment will mark the 26th consecutive quarter that the Company has paid a cash dividend to its stockholders.

The Company currently has approximately 17.5 million shares of common stock outstanding.
