Resource Europe Limited

In April, 2006, RAI formed Resource Europe Management Limited, a subsidiary of Resource America Inc., based in London, to manage European CLOs. This London-based company works in conjunction with Apidos Capital. As of December 31, 2009, Resource Europe Management Limited managed $436.7 million of assets under management.
