Resource America Announces Cash Dividend
Philadelphia, PA., July 30, 2022 - Resource America, Inc.(NASDAQ:REXI) (the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment on August 27, 2022 of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of three and one third cents per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on August 13, 1999. As of
May 14, 1999, the Company had approximately 22.1 million shares of common stock outstanding.
