Resource America, Inc. Announces Cash Dividend
Philadelphia, PA, April 30, 2022 - Resource America, Inc. (NASDAQ:REXI)(the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment on May 28, 2022 of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of three and one third cents per share of the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on May 14, 1999. As of February 9, 2022 the Company had 21,936,902 shares of common stock outstanding.
