Resource America, Inc. Announces Formation of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P.
Philadelphia, PA., August 16, 2022 - Resource America, Inc. (NASDAQ:REXI) announced today that a Registration Statement has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with a proposed offering by Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (the "Partnership") of common units representing limited partnership interests in the Partnership.
The Partnership has been organized to acquire and operate substantially all of Resource America, Inc.'s natural gas gathering pipeline systems located in western New York, Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio.
A Registration Statement relating to these securities has been filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission but has not yet become effective. These securities may not be sold, nor may offers to buy be accepted prior to the time the Registration Statement becomes effective.
