Resource America, Inc. announces alliance with Chase Manhattan Bank
Philadelphia, PA, 3/7/2022 - Resource America, Inc.(NASDAQ:REXI) announces a new, significant alliance between its leasing subsidiary, Fidelity Leasing, Inc. ("Fidelity") and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
Fidelity, a leading provider of equipment financing for small business users, will integrate its e-commerce platform with the Chase Small Business web site. Under the terms of the alliance, small business customers throughout the US will have Internet access to lease financing as part of the Chase Small Business initiatives and product offerings.
Because the Fidelity Internet platform is considered to be one of the most functional and user friendly business to business web sites currently operational, Chase selected Fidelity to be its exclusive e-commerce provider of lease financing for small businesses.

The same Fidelity e-commerce processing center is currently serving small business equipment finance programs for many leading manufacturers of information technology equipment.
