Resource America, Inc. Authorizes Payment
Of Cash Dividend
Philadelphia, PA, August 7, 2022 - Resource America, Inc. (NASDAQ:REXI)(the "Company") announces that its Board of Directors has authorized the payment on August 31, 2022 of a quarterly cash dividend in the amount of three and one-third cents per share on the Company's common stock to all holders of record at the close of business on August 17, 2000. The Company currently has approximately 23.4 million shares of common stock outstanding.
