LEAF Financial Corporation is a commercial finance and equipment leasing company headquartered in Philadelphia, PA. LEAF's business model is to originate small ticket equipment leases by reaching the small to mid-sized business market by forming strategic marketing alliances and other program relationships with equipment vendors, commercial banks and other financial institutions. After origination, LEAF manages the leases for its own account, institutions, and individual investors through investment partnerships and other investment vehicles. Resource Real Estate, Inc.
Resource Real Estate Holdings, Inc. ("Resource Real Estate") the Company's real estate asset manager invests in and manages real estate investment vehicles on behalf of itself and for outside investors and operates the Company's commercial real estate debt platform. Resource Financial Fund Management.
Resource Financial Fund Management, Inc. (RFFM), wholly owned by RAI, conducts RAI's financial fund management business through Apidos Capital Management, LLC, Trapeza Capital Management, LLC (a joint venture with a third party), Resource Financial Institutions Group, Inc. and Ischus Capital Management, LLC. RFFM is a leader in underwriting diverse credit and financial products with $10.6 billion under management as of September 30, 2009.

RFFM has proven expertise managing funds and collateral in the following areas: leveraged loans, private equity, trust preferred securities, asset backed securities, mortgage backed securities, and collateralized debt obligations.

Resource Europe Limited
In April, 2006, RAI formed Resource Europe Management Limited, a subsidiary of Resource America Inc., based in London, to manage European CLOs. Resource Capital Corp. is a specialty finance company that qualifies as a real estate investment trust, or REIT, for federal income tax purposes. RCC's investment strategy focuses on real estate-related assets, and, to a lesser extent, higher-yielding commercial finance assets primarily concentrating on the following asset classes: commercial real estate-related assets such as whole loans, B-notes, mezzanine loans and commercial finance assets such as other syndicated bank loans, equipment leases and notes, trust preferred securities and private equity investments principally issued by financial institutions.
